Staying at Velassaru was fantastic. The outdoor shower in our Water Villa added a unique touch to our experience. Snorkeling right off our deck was a dream, with vibrant marine life all around. The staff were genuinely friendly and attentive, making us feel welcomed every day. The lush tropical gardens and white sandy paths were beautiful and peaceful. Dining at the Vela was a treat, but the food could use more variety, especially in the dinner menus. Our villa's lighting was a bit dim, and I felt a little anxious about the open bathroom at night. While the overall vibe and service were top-notch, I wished there were more shaded areas for lounging and hanging out. Despite a few minor issues, the stay was positive overall.

The outdoor shower truly felt like a luxury, giving you that tropical feeling while surrounded by nature. I still remember the incredible snorkeling trip, swimming alongside turtles and majestic eagle rays, it was unforgettable.
